BAZZY BEAUTY BAR POLICIES 

At Bazzy Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing a refined, professional, and seamless experience for every client. The following policies are in place to protect our time, our work, and the quality of service we provide. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below.

 

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 sent to basozhiwa@hotmail.com is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.
• The deposit will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled at the discretion of Bazzy Beauty Bar due to scheduling constraints.
• In the event of a late cancellation or appointment cancellation due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in loss of the deposit.

 

Payments

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• Accepted payment methods for the remaining balance are cash or e-transfer.
• Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on length, style, design complexity, or enhancements selected.

 

Service Conditions & Refusal

• Bazzy Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services if conditions arise that may compromise safety, hygiene standards, or service quality.
• Services may be declined if signs of infection, fungus, injury, or undisclosed medical conditions are present.
• Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment.

 

Results, Aftercare & Liability

• Results, retention, and longevity may vary based on natural lash or nail health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
• Bazzy Beauty Bar is not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare, misuse, trauma, or failure to follow recommended care guidelines.
• Bazzy Beauty Bar is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.

 

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Bazzy Beauty Bar, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to maintain a high standard of service and to ensure a respectful, professional experience for all clients.
